Paxsale
Short version: your business records are yours, your team sees them, and Paxsale does not go through them.
Paxsale is owned and operated by DIL Holding. We collect your company's profile (name, city, country, contacts), the accounts of the people your company invites (name, email), and the business records your company chooses to keep in its workspace — customers, invoices, payments, and settings.
Your data exists to run your workspace: producing your invoices, receipts, statements, and reports, and signing your team in. We also keep a record of our own relationship with your company — your package, its expiry, and the payments made to Paxsale.
Your business records are visible only to the users your company invites, within the permissions your administrator grants. Paxsale staff do not browse your customers, invoices, or payments; the Paxsale console sees only your company profile, package, and billing with us.
Your data is stored in a dedicated cloud database, isolated per company and encrypted in transit. Sign-in is handled by an established authentication service; Paxsale never stores your password in readable form.
Ask us to delete your company's workspace and everything in it is permanently removed — records, users, and sign-in accounts. Deletion cannot be undone.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app before the change takes effect.
