Paxsale
Plain language, on purpose. By creating a company account on Paxsale you agree to the following.
Paxsale is accounting software for airline ticket sales: invoicing, payments, credit control, and reports. Paxsale is owned and operated by DIL Holding. Your company signs up for its own private workspace and chooses a package (Growth, Advanced, or Ultimate).
Your company's administrator invites its users and decides what each of them may do. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything done under your account.
Everything your company records in Paxsale — customers, invoices, payments, reports — belongs to your company. Paxsale does not look into your business records; we only see our own relationship with you: your package, its expiry, and the payments you make to us.
Access to Paxsale is sold as a package with an expiry date. If the package expires without renewal, access is suspended automatically until payment is received. Paxsale may also suspend an account that breaks these terms.
We work to keep Paxsale available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Paxsale is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the service.
You may stop using Paxsale at any time and ask us to delete your company's workspace, which permanently removes your data. Deleting a workspace cannot be undone.
The Ultimate package places no limits on users, branches, customer accounts, or invoices in normal business use. To keep the service healthy for everyone, a fair-use policy applies to abnormal patterns only: extreme storage consumption, unusually heavy automated or API-style traffic, bulk processing unrelated to running an airline's sales, and support demands far beyond reasonable use. If usage looks abnormal we will talk to you first — fair use is never used to impose ordinary limits.
We may update these terms as Paxsale grows. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect.
